Whakaora

People are becoming increasingly aware of the need to manage one's own hauora.

Although treatment within a biomedical platform is still needed, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) is attracting more interest with kiritaki in search of maintaining their hauora through natural and sustainable models of healthcare.

Weaving together the guidance from Wairua, āku Tūpuna, mātauranga Māori me te mātauranga o te whare wānanga to facilitate a pathway to your haerenga whakaora. Your haerenga is not a linear one.

Irrespective of which part of your haerenga you are at, we peel back the layers of what your tinana (body) is presenting and adapt and modify the kaupapa accordingly.

Te Puna o Wairua. When the puna flows, wairua heals. Hinengaro receives and distributes. She is like the gatekeeper as to what can be fed to our tinana. Whatever she thinks,  whatever she believes, whatever she feels is tika (right) she transmits to the tinana. Our tinana becomes the object of our thoughts. If the tinana is mamae (suffering) our relationship with whānau and those within our circles (whānaungatanga) become strained.

I am here to help as your kaiwhakaora ki tō haerenga hauora but your haerenga is yours to walk. You hold the answers, we are here to help unlock them and to alleviate any mamae the tinana holds.

Nau mai haere mai!
